Trick or treat! The young kids holler. It was Halloween night. The jack o lanterns lit up the dark side walks some with pleasant faces other with scary faces. I walked up to one house that everybody’s been scared of but not me. Ding dong.
Some one came up to the door and I was scared out of my mind. Hello little boy.
It was the nicest lady and she gave me all her candy. Everybody went to her house after that.
I liked that you made it scary in the beginning and funny at the end. I thought there was an extra paragraph in the one you read to the class.
That was a funny post. It was all set up to be scary then out of nowhere comes the opposite of what I thought it was going to be.
